I want to go to the gym more often, but with work, the kids, and the family, it’s impossible to make the class times.
Unless I sign up weeks in advance, classes fill quickly and I can’t ever get in.
I find it difficult to set aside even 60 or 90 minutes for myself to unplug and actually workout.

Open Gym Format
HIIT Quarters runs on your schedule, not the other way around. What does that mean? It means that, during open hours, you are free to workout whenever you want (i.e. no class times). That’s right…THERE ARE NO CLASS TIMES! You simply walk in anytime. From open to close, we’ll be awaiting your arrival and fitting into your schedule, rather than forcing you to fit into ours.
Certified Personal Trainer Each Visit
You read that correctly. Every time you workout, a certified personal trainer will be by your side. We’ve all heard the old adage, “If you’re going to take the time to do something, you might as well do it right.” Well, we agree, and so do our certified personal trainers. They’ll be there to help guide you through the workout, modify exercises, ensure proper form is being utilized, and, of course, to push, encourage, and motivate you to do your best! Our certified personal trainers are a wealth of knowledge, so feel free to ask them questions, share ideas, and workout tips. We are here for you!
30 Minute Workout
And, yes, that includes rest! We promise this will be the most efficient workout you’ve ever done. As our name suggests, we combine elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which involves working for shorter periods of time, but at higher (85% – MAX) intensities, and Circuit Training, which targets multiple muscle groups and limited rest as you move from one exercise to the next, to produce the oh-so-coveted “after-burn” effect.
What is the after-burn effect?
Officially referred to as Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), this simply means that you will continue to burn calories, and fat, for up to 24 hours after your workout!
We Plan Your Workout
Have you ever looked around the gym and said to yourself, “I’ve seen that person here nearly everyday for the past three years and they look exactly the same?” Heck, maybe you’re that person. If so many of us want to change our bodies, then why do we continue to do the same workouts over and over again that have proven to, at best, maintain status quo?

And, as with anything that requires planning, the gym is no different. But, who has time to plan? And, when you take into account the workout you did today, how should tomorrow’s routine look? If you’re like most, this confusion often leads you right to the same three or four exercises every time you hit the gym. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
At HIIT Quarters, we understand that the body adapts quickly and if you continue to do the same exercise routines over and over again, you will begin to experience diminishing returns. So, we address this by changing the circuit (exercises, format, working periods, and rest periods) every single day. What does that mean for you? It means that each time you workout, you’ll be doing something different than the day before, keeping you both physically and mentally engaged and preventing you from hitting the dreaded fitness plateau.
That’s right. We do the planning for you. All you need to do is show up and we take care of the rest!
